WHY CONSIDER THERAPY?
Therapy can be helpful for children, youth, and families who are experiencing trauma, stress, life transitions, difficulty maintaining relationships, feeling controlled by emotions, or in crisis situations. Therapy can also be beneficial to improve various aspects of life by learning new skills in communicating with others, improving self-esteem, or increasing motivation to reach personal goals. Therapy is an investment in your physical health, mental health, and quality of life.
I provide counselling services to children, youth, and families in the Chilliwack and Hope areas.
